Hubble Pricing
Hubble offers several pricing plans:

Free Plan: For students and freelancers. It includes 10 study responses, 10 in-product survey responses, unlimited questions, card sorting, tree testing, live site testing, conditional logic, access to all templates, CSV exporting, and Figma prototype integration.

Starter Plan: For early stage product teams. It costs $1,440 per year and includes everything in the free plan, plus 3 seats maximum, 100 study responses per month, 100 in-product survey responses per month, Slack integration, on-demand access to respondent participants, screener questions for participant recruitment, and AI summaries.

Organizations Plan: For growing organizations. It includes everything in the starter plan, plus custom seats, unlimited responses for surveys and studies, integration with Segment and other analytics platforms, custom SLA, SOC2 Type II and other security documents, and enterprise pricing for respondent research participants. The pricing for this plan is custom.
For on-demand workspace with Hubble, there are two options: Pay-as-you-go or a monthly plan. If your team needs regular access to workspace, a monthly plan is beneficial. It's also 15%-30% cheaper.
Please note that the exact number of credits you need will depend on your team size and how often they’ll use the Hubble Pass. It’ll also depend on the type of workspace they book.
Payment Method
Hubble.team accepts ApplePay and GooglePay for purchases made through the mobile app. For transactions via laptop or PC, credit or debit cards (Visa or MasterCard) and PayPal are accepted.
For updating payment details, users can navigate to the Stripe billing page through their dashboard. Admins on a Hubble monthly plan can access the billing platform, Stripe, to update payment methods, email addresses, and billing addresses.
If billed by a third-party provider like Telstra, Apple, or Optus, users need to follow specific steps to update their payment methods. For Telstra, users can update their payment method online through their account. For Apple or Optus, users must first cancel the subscription via the third-party biller and then add the subscription to their Hubble account.
